Delivery time: items in stock are dispatched within 10 working days from order. Shipping to UK mainland is by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Shipping to European Union and other countries is by Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. Please contact us if you have any question about shipping. Customers wishing to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations must contact us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and request a return number. The returned goods must be unopened, unused, in their original undamaged packaging and must be returned within 14 days from the original date of delivery. The Customer is responsible and liable for the goods until they are returned to our premises and the Customer is also liable for the original supply and return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will issue a refund of the full cost of goods excluding shipping costs within 7 days.
Your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
